Terms and Conditions:

Prices subject to change without notice. Available items will be shipped promptly. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. However, many items are limited and will be shipped first come, first served based on postmark. Orders for sold out items will be refunded. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available, or may be canceled for a full refund.

All autographs come with a lifetime guarantee of authenticity. All photos, prints and books come with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the undamaged photo, print or book for a refund. However, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Photos, prints or books damaged through improper matting, framing or other misuse will not be accepted for return.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance:

Because of the rare and valuable nature of our items, most items from The Ultimate Space Place are shipped insured. All unframed 8x10 and 11x14 photos/prints will be sent in a cardboard mailer. 16x20 photos/prints or larger are shipped in mailing tubes. Framed photos and uniquely shaped Space Memorabilia will be sent in appropriate packaging. Large orders will be shipped in several containers as required to avoid damage.

Continental U.S. - Special Offer - All Hale-Bopp photos and other space memorabilia will be shipped free of charge (ground only) within the continental U.S. For 2nd day air add $15..

International, Alaska and Hawaii - We will ship photos, prints and lithographs that can be put in cardboard mailers or mailing tubes. Please add 8% to cover shipping, handling and insurance (minimum S, H and I is $7). Unfortunately as a general rule, we do not ship books and framed photographs overseas due to the exorbitant cost. However, if you are willing to pay the high cost of shipping books and framed photographs, email us for the costs.

For payments made by Check or Money Order, please make checks out to: J.W. Sigh. Outside U.S., please pay by International Money Order.

Be sure to include SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE FEES (if applicable).

Because we made the decision to keep our price low, we are not excepting credit cards at this time. We do not want to increase our prices to cover the cost. However, we realize we may probably have to start excepting credit cards at some point in the future. Payment may be made by Check or Money Order, for U.S. Orders. Outside the U.S., please pay by International Money Order. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding. You may call in your order and we will reserve items for you until your check arrives.
